Ore Ida Totchos Recipe

Recently, I tried Ore Ida Tater Tots for free from Influenster.  For this campaign, there was a challenge to create your own recipe using their tater tots.   For my ideal recipe, I would make bruschetta tater tots.   This recipe would include a clove of garlic, cherry tomatoes, pepper flakes and basil.  For the garlic and tomatoes, I heat them on low in pan over the stove with olive oil.
